We believe that all learning is great learning and enable continuous education through lunch & learns, in-class training, one-on-one mentoring, webinars and external events.
Professional development is also critical to the success of our Advisors. We facilitate this through town halls, conferences, mastermind sessions and CE credit courses.

We believe in building a better community and take pride in supporting a variety of causes, both at the local and global level.
VOLUNTEERING
Our head-office teams lead various initiatives to promote awareness for important causes.
As an organization we are proud supporters of The Healing Cycle Foundation, Movember and The Salvation Army's Angel Tree Campaign.

In 2015, IPC established the Volunteer of the Year Award to celebrate our team's community contributions.
